I have several Amcrest IP cameras which are very reliable and I love being able to control them all from one streamlined app. This camera doesn't disappoint, although I was frustrated that it doesn't use Amcrest View Pro and I had to download another application from Amcrest (Amcrest Smarthome). The camera has many features such as AI Human Detection, 360 views, 1080P. HD resolution, smart tracking, two-way audio, and some great baby monitoring options. I've tested most of the options and can say it's been pretty reliable so far. I love that you can use an SD card to store all your data, which is very handy if you don't want to use the cloud storage feature. You can add an SD card up to 256GB, which is very convenient and makes it easier to record days of shooting. There is also a cloud storage option to choose from, but it costs money and I wish they had a simple free option to choose from. I also found that the camera is noisy every time it connects to your network or when you restart it. I hope they release an update so we can disable this option. The big feature of this camera is baby monitoring and the last thing you want is a camera screaming that it's connected to your network. However, there is an option under the video settings. I've found that you can turn down the volume on the camera speaker, which significantly reduces the volume. They also have the option to send you email notifications when the camera detects motion. That's pretty good and I haven't seen it in other smart cameras in this category. You can check all the motion and recording triggers in the app's Events section, which is pretty well categorized. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and can recommend this camera.
