This camera is a MUST HAVE. etc. I bought this camera because I'm going to Europe with friends in June, to Amsterdam, to the Defqon.1 Weekend Festival. Going to this festival is one of my biggest dreams and traveling to Europe from the US is not a cheap achievement, it will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The only camera I've ever had was just a point and shoot Nikon with ZERO optical zoom and only digital zoom. I'm still waiting for my 64GB SDXC card to arrive in the mail from PNY. I was simply amazed by the images recorded on the internal memory. I have never had a device that can take these pictures, they are amazing. The amount of features this $200 camera offers is also staggering. As someone who knows very little about photography, I have spent several hours playing around with this camera over the past few days and learning how to properly and fully utilize its features. If you just want to use the automatic mode and take photos, you'd be happy, but do yourself a favor and take the time to find out what this camera is really capable of. Make FULL use of this camera's long list of great features and I'm sure you'll capture moments you never imagined before. If you're looking for something to take great photos of your family, events, etc without getting super, super technical, buy this. You will not regret it. If you're a professional photographer and you're looking for something modular or with a list of features like the Bible, you're looking for the wrong camera. While you can definitely take professional-quality photos with this camera, the list of features falls far short of what a DSLR can do. The photos I uploaded were taken with this camera. I don't know if the quality of the Revain site drops as it loads, but these are the photos I took of it. I am very happy with this camera, definitely a great purchase that I would have no hesitation in making again if I had to.
