Review on Marick Group by David Butterfield

The ability to have my team members manage their own time, projects etc from home has really made this more productive for me as well! I am able to keep up with everything that they are doing remotely without having them come into an office regularly which makes things easier both personally & professionally when everyone can work at different times all over the world (we're spread out).

This feature allows us flexibility but also provides great accountability where we cannot be late or miss deadlines just because our schedules don't match each other's every day of the week so it works very nicely :) Nothing yet - would like there was some way you could see who left what comment/requested something before responding back though otherwise its been pretty good :D.
