I highly recommend it for casual gamers, but it's not perfect. I am an avid gamer and will always complain about aftermarket products but as they say this product was absolutely worth the money. If you really want the best graphics with no downsides, you need to invest in a modded N64 or Framemaster. For the price I think it's as good as it gets. Pros: - super affordable - no noticeable lag - basically plug and play - 16:9 - 4:3 upscaling is wonderful for the price, I couldn't find anything better at Revain. Cons: - Image quality is great but not perfect, you will have small artefacts (you won't see anything unless you try to find it. Definitely doesn't affect the game). edges of the screen (yes I know). In conclusion, if you just want to relive the nostalgia of your smart TV or share your childhood with your kids, this is your product. If you're streaming/recording gameplay or trying to become a professional Smash player, you'd better spend a few hundred bucks on better gear. For the price it's as good as I've seen it.
