My ceiling controller is not working properly
My ceiling controller turns off and goes into blackout mode about 30 minutes to an hour after turning it on. Then it must be unplugged and connected to a power source beforehand. work again Please advise how to solve the problem. This duvet was purchased in January 2020 and is under warranty. I will follow this transaction. thanks hope to hear from your company
