I read the reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! I bought a second one for my husband. I have a large iPhone, and this pack fits perfectly. Mostly I wear the pack for regular short hikes from 3-5 miles. It provides enough water for that distance. I have a light backpack with a bladder that I use for longer hikes. While I don't run long distances any longer, I don't notice any bouncing or problems with the pack on short runs. I believe it is a very high quality product for the low price.
