The sound quality is not great, but given the price - normal, without any complaints. In my particular instance, the sound in the left earpiece is either 5 percent weaker or muffled than in the right one, but this can be attributed to the design of the headphones and the imperfection of the ears . The first minus - for talking on instant messengers - will not work. It is heard normally, but it is the sound quality from the microphone that does not fit into any HD-Audio standards. There is only a phone-quality headset profile + an A2DP profile for Bluetooth headphones (without a microphone). Another question that I did not find an answer from the reviews: does the headset support multiple devices at the same time. No, it doesn't. Only one paired phone.
