Just let people know how well it works.

Bought this after reading the reviews to make sure it was as legit as people are saying it was. + I love Epsom salt baths, but for some reason I've never tried magnesium chloride bath salts, so it made sense to try. I believe in the power of a good bath, so I try to gather new oils and bath salts to stay healthy and glowing. My top "seriously wow"/quite life changing products for a long time have been 1. Vitamin E oil (great for dry skin and hair, although it's often hard to find, I mean this oil with no base oils added!) 2. Coconut Oil Oil is also best for moisturizing and softening the skin and making the hair shiny. 3. Tea Tree Oil (has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antifungal properties so adding a few drops to your bath will help prevent colds, viruses and infections go away and your hair and skin will be healthier โ€“ also great for blemishes, Be Just be careful not to dilute the carrier oil or water, it can cause a burning sensation!+ Do not swallow or get in your eyes!) 4 . Epsom salts for detox, although my favorite bath salts were Dead Sea salts (Ahava specifically has a great product that makes my skin glow if you can find it for a reasonable price). I've also recently used olive oil, grapeseed oil (great for keeping hair thick/preventing hair fall! Just be sure to use cold pressed, extra virgin, organic!) and the occasional apple cider vinegar. Use it to help with back pain. I also make magnesium oil as other reviews suggest and spray it on sores when my back hurts or I'm nauseous. So. I make magnesium oil for my stepdad who had knee surgery and he uses it a lot for pain so I think it works for more complex things too. A full size tub for $20 is reasonable and I agree with most of the reviews here. I liked it so much that I split it up and gave small jars to several neighbors, family and friends to try. By the way, it also makes my hair and nails really strong when I use it in the bath. My nails are usually very brittle probably because of all the soft drinks I drink but using this keeps them strong for weeks. Anyway I've added this to my top favorites and would definitely recommend it. They feel this also makes a person healthier than not drinking. Good product and very satisfied :)

Pros
  • When Epsom Salts Need An Upgrade: The main differences between our Magnesium Bath Flakes and Epsom Salts have to do with bioavailability and potency. If you've tried both, you'll probably feel the difference. Our best Magnesium Chloride is more easily absorbed by the body, providing fast and effective relief. It offers long-lasting benefits for skin problems, movement and muscle pain, and mental stress.
Cons
  • Good but not great
