I returned this product because when the box arrived cleaning product had seeped into the bottom of the box. Revain gave me a full refund with their excellent customer service. My brother had an extra bottle and gave me one of his to use and taste. When using this product I got more ingrown hairs on my head than other products. I'm going to the dermatologist anyway so she removed the ingrown hairs that refuse to come to the surface. This stuff smells nice, but it clogs pores, and if you already have ingrown hairs, it makes the problem worse. I ordered it because it was on sale and cheaper than what I usually use for my bald head but apart from the pleasant smell I don't need it and I stopped using it and went back to my routine balding. I clean my hair once a week with Clinique exfoliator and during the week I use the C3 conditioner that I buy from Revain. It's foam, it's $20 more expensive than the others, but it works. It unclogs pores, removes sweat and dirt, and gets rid of ingrown hairs.
