The hardest part was getting to the screws just below the glove box because of the bundle of wires. Also, it's just plug and play. ====== USEFUL ADVICE. Go to YouTube and type "Acura RSX (2002 - 2006): Replacing the fan motor and fan motor resistor" ======= After installation.1) - I restored my AC AND it seems now to be even colder. 2) - I restored the shutdown and speed functions. ======= NOTES. 1) - Be sure to disconnect the battery. (dielectric grease) on the terminals to prevent corrosion. 3) - It is not recommended to test it before putting it back into the case/hole as this item heats up very quickly and can melt anything it touches (e.g. surrounding wires). 4) - Try hand tightening the screws first, otherwise you risk losing them if they fall out. 5) - Reconnect and check the battery.
