Opening the pages of Hankie Couture is like dipping into a box of chocolates. Each dress is unique and special in its own way. As an occasional collector of vintage handkerchiefs and maker of Barbie doll clothes (for my granddaughter) my imagination was captured by this outstanding collection of fashion handkerchiefs. , but the result is superior to the original. Now that I'm inspired by sewing, I can't wait to turn my tissues into something other than one-dimensional nose wipes. Of course I would like more patterns, but there are enough of them to start the handkerchief journey. . In any case, not all 11.5 inch dolls are created equal (you can purchase an actual Hankie Couture doll to match the patterns), so you'll likely still need to make adjustments to the patterns. While not a professional seamstress I have made my fair share of clothing, quilts and Barbie models in my time and I have to say the workmanship on these handkerchiefs is superb.
