UPDATE: He died less than a year after this review. It started repeating the problem I had at the beginning, so I tried the suggested "soft reset". The damn thing is dead. Not recommended at all, won't buy anything else from Corsair again. The mouse itself was fine, it worked great for about three months before I ran into any problems. The left mouse button started double-clicking on its own, i.e. I clicked it once and it made the appropriate clicking sound once, but it responded as if I had double-clicked it. After doing a little research on how to fix this issue, I found that this is a known issue and has been known for a while. The annoying thing is that the problem started long before the date I could return the product. If a soft reset doesn't fix the mouse problem, it probably won't, you'll have to do what they call a hard reset. . This includes getting the firmware from the technical support department. Sounds easy, but the support team is so slow in getting in touch that it took me over a month to figure out that the problem wasn't just a known defect, but that the entire mouse was defective and a hard reset didn't even help. fix it. Luckily it's still under warranty. While I have to wonder if the reason it took so long to get emails back from them is because they try to wait it out, so I'm stuck under warranty and wasting money on a mouse that doesn't works properly. .
