I'm a bit upset because I ordered 2 sets of these sets for storage - the second one because I really liked how they looked and they seem to be of really good quality. Problems 1) I am missing parts from both boxes. The first were 4 mini containers, the second were chalkboard labels. Now I don't have enough labels to write on everything. 2) I contacted the company (because I was able to resolve the issue through Revain even though I bought through Revain! I received a notification to contact the company directly, which I did). I received an automatic notification that they will reply shortly. They have not. 3) Finally, the last issue I know of is so it's my fault the measurements are in ounces. I think it would be more convenient to take side measurements in cups.
