Review on Cassida by Mark Quarterman

When I last shopped at Cassida's web store, I was very dissatisfied. Although they have a wide variety of workplace supplies to choose from, I found their website to be frustrating to use. Finding what I was looking for was difficult because of the search feature's incorrect and irrelevant results. In addition, the purchasing procedure was lengthy and annoying. There were a lot of clicks and wait times involved in making a transaction on the website. My purchase was delayed because of problems I had with the payment system. Cassida's dedication to providing high-quality office goods and supplies is admirable, but the store's online experience and functionality could use some work. I'm hoping they'll fix these things so that future customers, like myself, have a better time while they buy there.
