I love this product but we have one with a hole in the inside of the right leg. It used to be easy for Prime to get replacements if something got damaged. Now I have to deal with returns and just annoying situations. Have better quality control. I will not buy this brand again simply because it annoys me that I can't easily get a replacement. Blah! hp My kid loves this item and I don't want it to get damaged!
