Very Flattering; charming style with turtleneck, tights and booties. Measurements are exactly as described in the size chart. The fabric does not stretch at all and is quite light for velvet. I ordered a small for my 5ft 7in 137lb 36in - 28in - 38in frame and it fits pretty well. The hips are a bit tight though and while it looks great I don't dare sit in public or risk the latches coming undone due to a very annoying wardrobe malfunction. Still, I can keep it. Tip: Buy according to your hip measurement as the dress has no stretch and is rather narrow in the hips.
