Sweet blankets! This is a lovely soft cotton flannel with cute little prints. Flannel is always a fluffy, brushed fabric and will soften over time. Timelessly soft baby diaper. Expect lots of lint in the dryer, and the matte finish fiber will make all prints fade a bit. As with many receiving blankets of this type, the edges are covered and the threads often break, which is dangerous. The hem is very easy to process on a sewing machine. Like the other reviewer, I actually bought these for pets when my own kids were growing up. Use them for kittens who also love soft and warm bedding. Again, pay attention to the free ends of the thread.
