2-3 sizes up on my review.
I wear a 36g. I ordered 2x and it was too tight . I could get it on but had exposed skin at the top as the privacy panel is not quite that wide. The feathers at the top were skimpy compared to the photo. I wear a ladies size 12 in dresses and the waist and hip area did completely close at the bottom so I think a 3x would just hand lose at the bottom.

- The lace may tear easily with frequent wear
