Much has been said about this pairing and judging by other wireless keyboard/mouse combos this appears to be the only working Logitech device. Which surprises me. I've always loved Logitech. I think even the best have blind spots. But that's another topic for another day. This review refers to the Logitech Cordless LX300 Desktop Express. Well if you follow the instructions everything works. What more could you want from a mouse and keyboard? Apparently I'm different from some people here. I'm not expecting the world, I just need a keyboard to type and a mouse to navigate (okay, and it's all right-click). That's all. I like it when the mouse cable doesn't get snagged or snagged on things. I like it when the keyboard cable isn't hanging off the desk (which is in the middle of the room), I love being able to take each of these off the desk and put them on my lap (while lounging in the room). Armchair). What doesn't bother me is the lack of small lights on the keyboard. If you don't know if your Caps Lock key is on, just click it. A little note will appear on your monitor telling you if it's on or off (same for mute and volume control). What I don't like is that the mouse uses batteries. A rechargeable mouse would be more advantageous here. By the way, I've had this pair for about a year, and I haven't changed the batteries in the keyboard yet. Conclusion: Some things don't have to be spectacular, they just have to work well. And it works just fine. UPDATE: In February 2009 the mouse became very unreliable. I think it just used too much. Because it ate batteries, I used batteries, but I just got tired of changing them, so I reverted to a regular wired mouse.
