Massage gently into sensitive skin.
I mainly use it a few times a week to exfoliate my armpits. I washed my whole body during use and they feel really good on my skin. I suggest rubbing these gloves lightly, they are a little rough if you have sensitive skin or are used on sensitive body parts. After that I see dead skin on the gloves. I'm not sure how long they will last but I haven't had to use a new pair yet and I'm using it for maybe 2 months. I don't think I'll need to buy more for a while, that's my guess.
