I saw this camera at Best Buy and really liked it but looked at the reviews online. I was a little apprehensive as it definitely got mixed reviews. I went back to Best Buy to check it out again (sometimes I just have to see things in person) and bumped into the Fuji rep who managed the store. She helped me a lot. She showed me many camera features that I might not have known about. I also started asking her about some of the issues I saw in these reviews and she answered every single one perfectly. It comes down to people getting used to how a camera works and then expecting future cameras to do the same. Most of the time they are different. It's a great camera, but you really need to learn how to do things. As a mom, my main concern was getting great (and quick) photos of my kids. This camera achieves this and I am very satisfied. Well, it's not exactly perfect, but I can definitely work with the issues I'm having. The price is also unbeatable!
