The AGPtEK headset was just what I needed for my job. A simple speakerphone that keeps me from straining my neck on the phone all day. The headphones don't cover my ears enough, which reduces their noise-cancelling ability. The sound quality isn't the best, but that's understandable. The "volume" controls are a bit intuitive. There is a huge slider that changes the volume from 1 to 8. As it turns out, he controls the volume of your own voice. 8 is the softest sound, 1 is the loudest. It seemed like an afterthought to me. There's a separate knob for the input volume control, which I didn't realize until I read the manual. All in all it's good enough for me to pay knowing it probably isn't the best. I didn't want to spend all my money on something premium. So if you're looking for a quick and inexpensive solution, this headset is for you. I do not regret the purchase.
