If you are looking for an alternative to a high performance fan, this is not the product. While it pushes cold air out, it's not enough to cool the bedroom. He lacks strength. Even if you want to use the water function and sleep, the water function will not last that long. You would have to wake up, fill up and then go back to bed. Not intended for teenagers.
