Better than I expected.

This organizer is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the drawers to hold my Q-Tips and Q-Tips and this case is larger than I expected. I love it. For delivery, the item has been professionally packed, padded and padded. The only downside is that the top drawer isn't the smoothest when pulled out and can creak on the sides of the plexiglass when rubbed, but that's no big deal. You also have the option of using the black lining, I didn't need it for my use.
