Update: Anker Customer Service is reading these reviews because one of them contacted us and suggested replacing the speaker. I honestly thought it was a lost case so I'm happy to report that they replaced the speaker. The speaker sounds great again and we hope the charge report will be confirmed. Thank you anchor customer service! I've had this speaker for about 18 months now and have had nothing but issues with it. The problem was charging it and staying charged. In the beginning it just worked so I thought it was enough to keep it going. It starts loading and then stops. In hindsight, I think the charging port was confusing from the start. It's sad because the device sounds great when it's working and looks brand new, but now I don't know what to do other than throw it away and waste my time hoping that one day it will get a full charge.
