I like that they have very good customer service department to assist with any questions or concerns you may ever need help resolving! They also are able to work in many different ways depending upon your needs/wants as far as their product line goes; so it's nice having such flexibility when working within this industry (telecommunications). Nothing really at all - just continue using them because everything has been great thus-far!! We've found our way around some issues we were initially unsure about during setup but once resolved by SCCI those problems never returned again after initial fix was applied.-.
