Lead Shuttle makes tracking prospects super easy and fast

Easy integration, it worked seamlessly at all my sites - there were no issues! It was really good for me as I can easily track prospect activity through our CRM (Salesforce). There is nothing that we dislike about this tool so far- great software!! If you are using out of office hours communication feature make sure your phone has enough battery life otherwise its not always practical/easily feasible during non standard working times like in some industries such as FMCG or banking.- This could be an issue depending on how widespread use might get with bigger teams. For now though lead shuttle have managed nicely without too much impact from additional staff members who would do double duties but if they increase then i guess thats just part of growth. Reporting from leads within minutes compared sideboard reporting which took 3 days earlier when doing manually via excel spreadsheets! Great solution especially useful having multiple locations where data consistency becomes problematic e.g I like that this is an automated process, so you don't have to be in front of your computer all day waiting for people to respond. This has cut down my time spent looking at emails from cold leads! It would be nice if there was an option to send out mass text messages instead of having to individually select each person with whom we want to contact them via email. Great tool to use as it saves us tons of man hours searching through our inboxes daily.
