I've been looking for this type of skirt for a long time. Even my son liked it! He's 15. I'm 5ft 3in, 122lbs, 35-28-34. The honey worked well. A bit long but adds a goth flavor. Looks steampunk/gothic. I looked and looked at the kind that is on the tie and is just a scratchy fabric of the veil. no but wanted something more. I think I've found the right thing. You can wear leggings or a short black skirt. also looks great with my short black tutu skirt! It's good quality and much cheaper than other options even on ebay. Ties at the waist.
