These sponges are excellent quality and can be used so much! I currently use it for makeup removal, for my period (menstrual cycle), sex (adds a pillow for a low cervix) and makeup application. but overall they are of surprisingly good quality and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Of course, the biggest impact was on my period and my sex. Cramps gone, super absorbent and clean! The sex is amazing again, with the extra padding there are no more 'Oops!' and my skin looks flawless. A few tips: 1. Always clean them thoroughly before use. They are from the seabed and even if the manufacturer does a preliminary cleaning, always do it yourself and take mini scissors with you, because there comes sand, sand, shit, once I've pulled out the algae, haha. I usually dip my 10 mins in warm water, squeeze to check for bones, then hold them up to a light and snip away debris. After that, I rinse again, then soak in hydrogen peroxide-spiked water for another 10 minutes, rinse, then soak in 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 10 minutes, rinse, check under light again, then dry. Easy as pie and super clean! :)2. If using for menstrual or cervical use, WET THEM FIRST, then roll into a tampon-like shape and insert. They mold to your shape and don't even feel anything :) And don't be afraid to shorten them if you need them. Great quality, versatile use, no more cramps and great sex, plus great looking makeup application, these gems are worth their weight in gold! :) Just brush them first
