Fan for your radiator, look no further. In my case there are 4 of them and I don't hear them at all at 1100 rpm. I literally only hear the low hum of the water pump. there's a slight hum at 1200rpm, but only if you put your ear to it, and the water pump is a lot louder by comparison. They also move a surprising amount of air. They direct air through the alphacool UT60 (360 rad double thickness) without any problems. I set them to a fixed speed of 1100rpm and they stay there all day and cool great. 5/5 of the best silent fans you can buy.
