Mixed thoughts but good overall. They came in a plastic wrap, which I appreciate. The straps themselves appear to be pantyhose fabric, which stretches well and doesn't mark my baby's head. I thought the bows themselves would be made out of fabric or something soft, but in fact they're made out of stiff felt or some other material. They feel thick and hard so they don't lose their shape, but not the softest either. Many also had what appeared to be sticky threads, making it look like they were just glued together. It's generally good for the price, but I definitely don't spend more on it.
