These marine dryers are almost the same. If you're lucky they can work well for 2 years, but 1 season is more the norm. This dehumidifier cannot convince with its performance and at 55% relative humidity and 75 degrees removes barely a cup of water in 24 hours. Instead of waiting for him to die a year later and paying about $30 for his proper treatment, he came back. Your best bet is to buy a much larger unit than you think you'll need and make sure you get an extended warranty. Just don't expect to find "sleeping" in this area. As I said, they are all pretty much the same and all pretty marginal.
