Great product but needs a better ball mount.
The flexibility of the product is great, the actual metal ball mount should be better quality metal as the camera tends to sag over time. If you mount the camera exactly opposite where it screws in, that's great. I ended up gluing the original Arlo metal mount onto the sphere. The semi-metallic Arlo mount is heavier than the included ball mount.
