I like the size, small enough to go shopping in the afternoon without shoulder discomfort, but big enough to hold cell phone, comb, lipstick, wallet, tissues, money. I love the multiple compartments with secure zips which are a must in my books. I have a gray color, I like it too. The only thing I don't like is the "baggy" lining! It's too big and only pinned on the outer perimeter so it pulls up, gets in the way, easily zips up and makes it difficult to dig out and see the bottom of the bag. It's baggy, sloppy, ugly and stupid! WHY put that uncomfortable lining in a really pretty purse? It annoys me enough to dock two stars and turn a 5 star wallet into a 3 star wreck.
