I've gone through the entire manual and this isn't my first rodeo, but I couldn't avoid getting a dust particle or two between the screen and tread causing air bubble. I applied this product to two tablets that I prepared for my girls. To be honest I think the only way to avoid this is to work under a laminar flow hood in a lab environment since that giant static sticker is so big. It's not the manufacturer's fault, but it seems 100% difficult to get it on a tablet. However, once you've deflated most of the air and the tablet catches fire, it's barely noticeable and won't affect day-to-day use. As I said, there were only about two or three dots on each tablet, and you can only see them if you look for them AND the tablet is off. Otherwise the product was exactly what I expected and the screen smearing was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A's screen gets noticeably dirty without it, and this screen protector doubles as scratch and smudge resistance. That's my two cents.
