I chose this one because while expensive it is the only set of LED lights that can be recharged. As another reviewer mentioned, upon opening the box you can simply tell this is a quality product, well made. The scope of delivery includes two charging cables, one for the car and the other for the socket. The cables connect to the fuselage where you charge the flares. You can charge as much as you want at once. The instructions say they are water resistant to 10 feet and will float. I swam alone in the sink (photo). They're not very bright during the day, they're about as bright as your turn signal. But at night they definitely do their job. The magnets work well (there are two on my car in the photo). Nine different flash patterns to choose from. I've drained and recharged the batteries and everything works fine. I haven't tried the car charger cable yet, but I'm sure it will work properly. As far as I can tell this is a great product, I am very happy with my purchase.
