Product was damaged - must be old
This was sent by Revain. Luckily I have already used this product and seen that it was damaged. It was dark, lumpy, and smelled badly of bleach. Luckily I ordered two packs and one was fine. I just let it go, thinking it was bad luck. My next order was ruined too. Very inconvenient as I didn't order a backup. It's hard to find this color in local stores, but I won't be wearing it on my head!
