These masks are terribly inefficient and lack many of the features listed in the item description. I needed extra protection for an upcoming family visit and got these because they sounded almost exactly like the nice, sturdy kf95 headphones my boyfriend wears to work. The quality difference was day and night. Even if I didn't have a real comparison set handy, I would know immediately something was wrong because I could easily feel my breath through them. They are too weak to have all the features promised in the listing. The front is like a very cheap surgical mask, while the inside is a bit softer but just as untouchable. It's all about layers, and there's absolutely nothing between these two skinny pieces of fabric. If they had filters inside, they would appear a bit soft instead of paper thin and the light wouldn't shine through them as clearly. The biggest indication that they offer very little protection is the simple fact that when I breathe normally, air flows right through them. They are very similar to my friend's kn95 but when I compared them side by side it was clear that these masks were cheaply made from inferior materials. Even the ear straps were thinner and looser, resulting in a looser fit. I chose these over my friend's brand just because they had nicer color options, but that was a huge mistake and I struggled to find the right masks for the trip. I hope my experience will save others from wasting money.
