Best All Around Jacket For Kids. My oldest daughter had the same jacket a few years ago. This is the softest jacket ever and it handles the cold really well. It also makes a good inner liner. Or if you put a waterproof case on it. It's a light fuchsia color and I've received so many compliments. I always buy a few sizes up to last for multiple seasons. The ribbing on the wrists of the sleeves is heavy so even if the jacket is very long (if you buy it specially large) the sleeves can easily be rolled up and stay in place. I ordered 4T for my almost 18 month old baby. . He's quite tall for his age. At 15 months he was about 31 or 32 inches tall if I remember correctly. The 4T actually fits perfectly and isn't as long as I thought (but maybe that's also because it's just bigger for its age). Anyway, the color is great, it's as soft as my daughters. And I love it :) Edited to add: Added a photo of my daughter that I got a few years ago. She is 5 years old but quite young (47 inches) - she wears a size 7/8. I bought her a size 7/8 when she was 3.5 and she made a beautiful long coat. As I said above, the sleeves of this coat are very durable and easy to roll up. So if it's long, there's nothing wrong with rolling up your sleeves. (Or in my case, I bought it large on purpose, and now 3 lunges have fallen out of this coat).
