Clearly Broken Necklace Was Sent
They sent me a broken necklace. The clasp, no matter how hard I tried, would not open (jammed), and the loop connecting the clasp to the chain was broken and opened wide. Fortunately, I was able to fix both defects with jewelry pliers, so I saw no reason to trade in a necklace that was already so cheap. I don't understand why someone would send the buyer an obviously broken product, but still.
