Not comfortable 😕

Bought for an 11 year old child. She loved the style and the color BUT when she tried it on it immediately stuck to her body. The static was too strong to handle. We live in Arizona where there is almost no humidity so maybe that's the problem. We had to send it back. I would like cotton fabric.
