I bought these boots for my 5 year old son because he loves to run and jump in puddles. They looked nice and cute. But he couldn't put his foot in a shoe the first time! He was only halfway there and we tried many ways to get his foot to slip. Nothing worked. These are too narrow. I had to return them and try another brand that fit my son's wide feet. If you decide to order a size up I suspect they will stay just as slim. I hope they redesign these shoes to fit kids with wide feet.
