Wow! I just needed a simple sleeve that could store my Macbook pro when not in use or for light travel in a backpack or case. This one is just that! I already have a really nice/cool laptop bag from way back,but i lost the inner padding sleeve during a recent move(think Batman's laptop bag). so i was looking for a cool looking semi durable protection sleeve. The diamond polyester texture is totally awesome! looks very plush in person! and serves a purpose too! a little extra padding from bumps& scratches, etc. somewhat spill proof probably more resistant than shower proof? I use it for a 15" macbook pro, fits good 'nuff. alitt more room than Id like, but fits nice with shipping foam sheet left inside. probably not Drop proof. Id get a hard shell. this more like a thin padded sleeve than a hard shell like cover. good for secondary protection though. matches nice with my bat bag! get one!
