Bad product - bad customer service
This is a very bad product. When you spend $350 on a blanket you think you are buying a quality product. It started when the blanket was 2 months old. We tried to return it but the seller refused saying we did something to him. From other photos in the review it seems obvious to me that this is not the case. Beware of this seller and brand of bedding.
