I would not buy these again and would not recommend them, they are too small for an adult. The part covering the ear is ok, but the strip around the neck and back is not suitable. It's not very long. It could be great for a teenager. Very disappointed. And I would have returned this item but I didn't keep my packaging because I just assumed one size would fit best. I even tried giving it to a friend but they didn't like it either.
