Completely buggy software and firmware make this premium esports keyboard look like an office whiteboard. The firmware is constantly falling off. Because of this, the backlight, macros and, in general, all customization stop working. It is necessary to download every time a program that will flash Claudia to an older version. Then the buggy Ngenuity software will ate the firmware and you can set everything up again. But after a week or two, the firmware will break again and the procedure will have to be repeated again. Everything worked great until hyperx decided to make fancy software. I can recommend the keyboard only to masochists.
