It's easy to use, it gives you all the info you need and it updates quickly! I don't have any dislikes about this service as i've used it for years now and never had problems. The only con is that some of the stats are not accurate. For example, if we have a link posted on our Facebook page, the visitors from that source will be listed as coming from facebook instead of our website.
