Bought for sons prom. He is 5’10”, 147# with a 31” waist. He wanted them shorter in length. I bought 2 knowing I would send one back.29 & 30” waist The length was good. The 29 was just too tight all over including thighs. The 30” fit good, a little tight in thighs and he is skinny. Was not expecting the plaid trim on back pockets. It looked nice, but just would not go with the green prom color. This was not pictured when I bought them. Otherwise the stretch was good, nice quality, slightly heavier feel, like you would wear in cooler weather. They have a little metal tag above back pocket that says "plaid & plain”.
