I have a bunch of Milwaukee batteries and am impressed with the M18 shop radio with charger (still works, no issues); This M12 speaker is well suited for small areas and rooms. The buttons are quite hard to press, the sound quality is normal for such a small size. Pairing with the Bluetooth wasn't a problem, but after 2.5 years of light use, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. The device no longer responds to pressing and holding the Power/Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to activate Bluetooth pairing (the red light stops flashing). I can still pair it, but it disconnects after a few seconds if I don't hold the + or - button. As soon as I don't hold down the volume button for a long time, the blue tooth falls off after a few seconds. Now I can only use it with a 3.5mm AUX-in, it becomes a desktop speaker for an old computer. I suspect something went wrong with the electronics inside. 2.5 years is not much for the price you pay for this device. a bit disappointed.
