I want to complain and I never write reviews but am very upset that my bamboo lids have mold and I give them a thorough cleaning every time I use them but it is absolutely gross. Especially now that I'm pregnant it can cause any illness caused by the bacteria she carries. Add to this the very high price and the appearance of mold is simply unacceptable. UPDATE: Although I wrote this review. GRAMERCY was kind enough to contact me after I emailed them and sent me a brand new set. I am very pleased with how sweet and generous they were as I was only expecting new caps, they are sending a whole new set! Because of this, I want to give them 5 star customer service, hoping they don't go moldy this time.
